The factory covers an area of 100000 square meters and has approximately 400 staff, including over 30 senior professional and technical personnel. The factory is equipped with three major workshops: welding, painting, and final assembly. We have advanced stamping, welding, electrophoretic coating, and assembly technologies, and the factory has more than 30 large and medium-sized equipment of various types. Our production and manufacturing strictly follow industry standards - implementing four major processes. The factory has over 20 years of professional technology and management experience, strictly following the ISO9001:2008 standard to establish a quality management system, customer-centered, continuously improving the quality management system, and providing high-quality products to society.
The factory pays attention to the entire process quality control from production to finished products. Before packaging and shipping each product, the quality inspection department must undergo sufficient assembly and careful testing to ensure that the specifications of each product/accessory must meet the precise requirements of the customer. Sometimes, as needed, a project team is formed by customers and technical personnel to ensure satisfaction.
The factory has an annual production capacity of 200000 electric vehicles, including approximately 70000 overseas electric vehicles. The production design of all electric vehicle products is strictly based on the standards and performance of the automotive industry. The car body design independently developed by the factory has obtained multiple patents in China, and electric vehicles and electric tricycles share three final assembly lines.
The factory has a comprehensive and leading ecological chain system related to electric vehicle manufacturing in China. For many years, it has been providing personalized production and customized services to customers in Southeast Asia, Europe, and South America.
